I was thrilled to have little Rosie back in the studio! This little girl was a born model. :) Her mom and I must have been on the same page with our thinking because she brought this dress and I had this banner. What a good match!
I had this bottom and headband from a cousin and thought it would be a great time to break it out if mom was interested. She was all about it! Look how gorgeous she looked in it! Rosie is a cousin of me ...3rd, 4th, something like that. Anyway she was named after my Great grandfather Rosario. My cousin, Joelle gave me a wedding photo of my great grandparents as part of our wedding gift...i love it!! (Thanks again Joelle!) Rosie's Dad saw the photo on my mantel when they walked in and he walked up and told Rosie, "this is who you are named after". Mom suggested we take a few photo of her holding it and I totally agreed. Magic happened again!
The third pose I wanted to try with this little cutie was using an old tub my dad had rescued for me. He scrubbed it all up and I just knew it would be my new favorite photo prop. Throw in a wash board- a last minute borrow from another photography client-Thanks Diane Bradley! Clothespins, rope and some cute outfits...oh and a DIY headband I made from an old sweater and we got these cute photos. Mom was on bubble duty! Good job mom ;)
